Timothy Hodge brings more than 25 years of experience in environmental infrastructure, international project development, and strategic operations. His career spans the development, financing, and management of complex waste management systems across North America and the Caribbean. Combining legal expertise with hands-on operational leadership, Timothy has guided major infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships, with a focus on delivering sustainable, commercially viable solutions.

Geoffrey Starin brings more than 25 years of experience in environmental services, resource recovery, and infrastructure operations throughout North America and the Caribbean. With a foundation in permitting, planning, field operations and technical execution, Geoffrey specializes in transforming complex environmental challenges into practical, integrated solutions that deliver lasting operational and environmental value.
